The provision of training for employees is an essential part of safety and risk management and the need for competence is a keystone of Health and Safety legislation.
Effective training is our business and Turner Safety will ensure training is tailored to meet your needs and expectations. When developing training packages for clients we will take account of the organisational culture, ethics and existing competency levels.
We offer a full range of training courses that can be held in-house on your own premises or off-site. Training consultants are selected on the basis of experience and qualifications and work as teams or individuals. All trainers are able communicators and can operate effectively at all levels. They also undertake consultancy work allowing them to bring experience to the classroom, giving real workplace examples to illustrate learning points.
As well as bespoke training, we can also offer training courses accredited by professional bodies. This gives the employer a nationally recognised benchmark for competency levels and demonstrates commitment to quality and conscientious safety management.
